Public parking, excellent service. Spotless and compact unit with English plug sockets. Reasonably priced food and complimentary drinks. Incredibly kind staff, free wake up calls and ironing available.

They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with rose petals and English plug sockets, for instance and care about everyone. Its location is great, really close to Rossio Square.

The staff treated us like family. They provided us with amazing recommendations, even arranged a fabulous excursion that we will never forget.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but you get what you pay for,, trust me.
